Forever in family Pancake Recipe!

Pancakes

1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1-2 tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1 1/2-1 3/4 cups of milk-depends on thickness-should be lumpy
2 tbsp. oil

Mix all ingredients in 1 bowl and mix after adding each ingredient.
Cook in a little oil or spray with pam-cooking on medium. When you see air bubbles ontop it's time to flip them. I also add 1 smashed banana to the mixture after egg. Also add 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
I use this recipe for pancakes to coat weigners to make pogos and also use it to make chicken balls! Enjoy! I made some for the kids for breakfast tomorrow, and I made them tonight since they are the best toasted in the toaster the next day!!
